Eoghan Ryan (b.Dublin, 1987) is based in London and Berlin. Following his MFA from Goldsmiths College in 2012, he received the Nina Stewart Artist Award that culminated in a solo show and artist’s publication at the South London Gallery(2012). In 2015, he took part in residencies at Rupert, Vilnius and SVK Copenhagen and contributed to exhibitions at the Irish Museum of Modern Art, NewShelterPlan, Copenhagen, Ellis King, Dublin and Kim? Contemporary, Riga amongst others. He also received the inaugural Critical Forum award at Plastik Moving Image Festival with LUX, TBGS and the Irish Film Institute. Recent events and projects include CITIZEN as part of Please Stand By curated by Taylor Le Melle, And No Animal is Without Enemy at Cubitt Gallery, Outpost Open Film Selected by Ed Atkins and Beyond sedentary. He is currently co -curating Plural Melts, an intermittent events series at Yvonne Lambert, Berlin.
