Frequently asked questions

Yes, organisation pages, like all pages, can only be added or edited by a verified user. Make a user account for free, then create your organisation page or claim an existing page by clicking the “claim” button visible on each page to get access to manage it.

We use Stripe for Boost and Pro Membership payments, and they accept all common credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and a few local networks. Payments are processed manually for Premium memberships and additional campaigns, payable by bank transfer or credit card.

Log in, then head to your organisation or event page. At the bottom right, you’ll see a button to edit. Click this, and you can work through different tabs to edit. Once you’re happy with your edits, click “Publish Event” on the last tab, or your edits won’t appear on the site.

Log in, then head to your organisation page. You’ll see a section labelled “Artworks for sale” with an option to add artworks. Click on this, fill out the information about the artwork in question, and then click “Publish”. The artwork will now appear on your organisation page as an artwork for sale.

You can upload as many arts and culture-related events as you want on the free plan, but if you're looking for some valuable perks that will increase your clients' events, our Pro plan includes boosts and CTA buttons for every event you add, plus uploads of artwork for sale, inclusion in our professional directory and 10% off our other services. The Premium plan includes loads of additional services and support if you want to make an even more significant impact. At this time, Pro and Premium memberships are only available on a per-organisation basis. To discuss other options to meet your needs, please get in touch.

CTA buttons are for event pages only. To add them to your event, log in, then head to your event page. At the bottom right, you’ll see a button to edit. Click this, then navigate to the “Extras” tab. Here, you’ll find a section to add CTAs. Follow the instructions listed to get your snazzy button or image.

Because a good portion of the organisations we work with are not-for-profit, our prices are already weighted with such rates in mind.

Of course! Additional boosts are available at the standard rate. For campaigns, you'll also get a 10% discount.

Not completely satisfied with your plan? You can cancel at any time. For monthly plans, cancelling means you won't be charged for the following month. You won't be charged for yearly plans starting the following year.
