On Saturday, December 19, Minds Cowork, AHANĀ YOGA and g.l.o.w. are partnering up for a special holiday wellness event from 2 to 6 p.m. Shoppers can stop by for mini treatments and gifts from Sana Skin, order healthy super food bites from g.l.o.w., and pick out last-minute holiday gifts from Cicada, AC Craftiness, and AK.

AHANA YOGA will offer two free classes, beginning with a power flow class at 2 p.m. led by Carolina Velásquez, and a slow flow class to wind down at 5 p.m. led by by Natali Melani. Visitors can join for a complimentary Mindful Eating & Body/Mind Connection talk hosted by Carla Murador (RDN, LDN) at 3:30 p.m.
