“What’s the bravest thing you’ve ever said” asked the boy. “Help” said the horse.
South London Cares has made the decision to postpone the South London Art Sale until Thursday 10th September 2020. As a charity that works with older people, we have suspended all face-to-face activity for six weeks because the health of our neighbours and our wider community is our number one priority.
The decision to postpone the South London Art Sale means that South London Cares is losing funds at a time when we need support, both to help us stay in touch with more older people in this time of challenge and to sustain our charity longer term.
So, from 12 pm Tuesday 17th March until 12 pm Friday 20th March you have the chance to bid on an original drawing taken from The Boy, the mole, the fox and the horse by renowned illustrator Charlie Mackesy.
If you can’t bid on the piece, you can still donate to support our work. As a thank you, you’ll receive a special postcard pack featuring work by local artists that will feature in the postponed South London Art Sale this September.
From everyone at South London Cares. Thank you so much for your support.
