About
A Creative Adult Workshop with Jo Kori
Clough had an early fascination with industrial landscapes, in particular, the oblique profiles of fishermen at work.
The unique landscape surrounding Hastings and working lives of fisherman next to Jerwood Gallery are noble subjects for this landscape workshop. We will investigate what it was about Clough’s work that influenced generations of artists.
You can then create an artwork that reflects our exploratory discussions about how even the most familiar terrain can at times feel like an unknown country.
