About
We're delighted to welcome Fletcher Prentice back to the gallery as our headline artist this spring.
Fletcher's work is a celebration of the natural world as well as a celebration of paint itself. Nature's characters and colours, as seen in exotic bird-life, inspire him, while more recently he has been drawn to the more domestic beauty of the birds and plants in his own rural garden.
"Fletcher Prentice is best known for his effervescent, lavishly painted flower-scapes; gloriously layered and tangled foliage, often dotted with garden birds or hovering insects. His loose, yet detailed style describes a constant shifting movement" Sarah Wiseman. Gallerist
"Exuberant celebrations of nature that, with their myriad bright flowers and fluttering birds, feel as fresh as this new spring" Rachel Campbell-Johnston. Art critic, The Times
View Fletcher's work, and that of a myriad of artists weekly Wednesday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm. Free Entry. Free Parking.
