Once again, the Belen Artspace is honored to host as the guest venue of the annual PHotoESPAÑA Festival in 2023, with the exhibition of the latest work by Swiss artist Daniel Garbade.
About
In the same way that a corps de ballet functions as one, the figures that star in Daniel Garbade's images are synchronized. Through repeated movements and postures and complex compositions, the author accentuates the personality of each model while generating a work that is close to abstraction, which makes the viewer doubt what they are really seeing. The actors in the photographs are men and adolescents who move in different settings, but the feeling of nostalgia is common to all of them.
