About
Join us for an evening with a difference – drawing in response to a string trio playing live at Dora House.
In this experimental drawing workshop, you will draw in a wide variety of styles and materials as the Gibbs Trio play music live and in the round in our galleries.
Participants, led by artist Dan Curtis, will explore the artistic relationships between sound and drawing as they draw to a variety of musical styles from classical to ballads to pop.
The Gibbs Trio are a family of musicians, one sister and two brothers who, have been playing together internationally for the past 10 years. They studied at the Royal College of Music and individually played with the BBC Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Vitae and the Macao Orchestra in China.
Open to all abilities. Booking essential. Adults only.
