Join designer Grace du Prez and learn how to use a 3D printing pen to draw sculptures in mid-air.
Combining all the excitement and innovation of new technology with the care and love of something handmade, you will learn how to use a 3D Printing Pen to create amazing 3D drawings. A 3D printing pen is a handheld version of a 3D printer and lets you to draw with plastic in the air! Learn how to draw 3D structures and designs that you can take home with you.
Designer Grace Du Prez will be leading these fun filled workshops and knows all the best tips and tricks to get you started if you are a beginner, or for improving your skills if you already have a 3D pen yourself. Grace graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2010 and has been 3D doodling since 2014. She has worked on record breaking projects, such as a life sized, 3D printer pen drawn car for Nissan.
All materials are provided and everything you make in the workshops you can take home on the day. All the plastic used for the 3D pens is made from sustainable materials and is compostable and recyclable.
