Please come down an join us down at the (CLG03) MAFA Gallery on Thursday 7th December from 5-8pm where we will introduce you to ArtSquat and all that we aim to do as a collective.

Here you will have the opportunity to grab some free drinks and snack at our dedicated bar, officially sign up to ArtSquat, find out 'How We Work', and learn a bit more about how you can generate the growing conversation and get yourself and your work featured on our dedicated website (link above), and social media channels.

MISSION STATEMENT***We are a collective of artists who are concerned with reclaiming public spaces that may go over looked and are dedicated to providing competitive platform for practicing artists to display and discuss their work within the wider public.

ArtSquat is an artist-based collective that encourages the reclaiming of public spaces for any and all artist’s interpretation. We aim to provide an online platform in which artists can experiment, exhibit and document their work.

ArtSquat does what it says on the tin: we source, highlight and promote contemporary artists and art-spaces – however big or small – that can be used as exhibition space for practicing artists for no cost.

We are 'for' the members, formed by 'our' members.

We aim to:

Promote exhibition spaces and opportunities across the city Remain restriction-free Encourage conversation, collaboration, and, most of all, community Showcase contemporary

How We Work

We want you to submit work in public spaces that you feel add to the daily landscape in any shape or form. As an ever-growing, open-sourcing, collaborative network we aim to ensure ArtSquat remains free from all forms of financial / governmental / institutional restrictions – enabling its members a chance to showcase their work in an environment that encourages conversation, collaboration, and most of all community. Thus, ArtSquat will provide public forum in which artists can experiment and collaborate with other like-minded individuals, developing artistic connections in-and-around London.

We are 'for' the members, formed by 'our' members.
