An exhibition of paintings, drawings and installation made in response to an investigation of the importance to carbon in life.
Eternity to infinity.
The importance of carbon to us can be shown by the fact that, after water content, carbon constitutes 40% of our physical being. Also, within us, male or female, animal, bacteria, any organic life or mineral it is merely borrowed, and has been circulating through all of these constructions for billions of years. The same carbon will continue to be borrowed and recycled into all forms for billions of years to come ...... eternity.
We are a formulaic collection of atoms and molecules combining elements that have found a common configuration to create things that we call human. And so, these same humans have been everything on earth before and will be everything on earth again, and again, and again ............ infinity.
Amen.
