The Residence Gallery

The Residence Gallery is a London-based contemporary art dealership with a global outlook. We curate exhibitions of emerging, overlooked, and under-recognised artists, while offering fine art acquisitions, editions, advisory services, and cultural programming through talks, workshops, and events.

Founded in 2005 by a young artist transforming abandoned buildings and her own home into exhibition spaces, the gallery has grown from grassroots beginnings into a trusted cultural hub. Over two decades, it has remained true to its spirit of discovery—championing artists at formative stages in their careers and offering collectors and collaborators access to work before the market catches up.

Guided by honesty, inclusion, and sustainability, The Residence Gallery continues to evolve. In October 2025, it launches a Creative Workshop Programme in collaboration with The Trampery Old Street’s Evo Pioneer Programme, a new initiative designed to expand access, support artists, and sustain art as an open, shared conversation.
