PUCCS was founded in 2014 by Bullet Shih, visual artist from New York, whose aim was to give time and space to artists from Hungary and abroad to experiment in a non-profit environment. Installations and performances were the main focus of the program, and a strong community was evolved around. After an almost two-year break, the space reopens in November 2021 with the project “Insight".
