Pool Arts aims to challenge the barriers that some artists face, by providing opportunities to create:
Pool Arts is an innovative arts organization – formed in 1999 – run by and for its members.
The artists involved come from diverse backgrounds and their chosen art forms are equally varied. Pool Arts include writers, photographers, textile and fashion artists, craftspeople and a DJ as well as contemporary visual artists. They are working to create a supportive framework, giving their members opportunities to produce, promote and sell their own artwork.
Pool Arts aims and provide studio space, support, training, professional and personal development opportunities.
