Axle Arts

We are an online contemporary fine art gallery based in Bath, exhibiting online as well as collaboratively with selected partners. Director and curator Bridget Sterling is fine art trained and has worked in the fine art industry for over twenty years. She has a reputation for sensitively curated exhibitions alongside selecting artwork, which exhibits not only artists of talent but also those who display curiosity, intelligence and originality in their work.

The gallery represents a broad portfolio of British artists alongside a number of international artists from established through to emerging careers, as well as a growing portfolio of Modern British. Media respresented are; painting, sculpture (bronze, steel and ceramic), ceramics and original printmaking.

We also have a special interest in supporting the creative arts through education and coaching. Bridget is a trustee for arts organisation Somerest Art Works (SAW) and a mentor with the Princes Trust.
