Wolf Eyes return to Birmingham, UK, for another Sunday afternoon special following their three day residency at Cafe Oto.
About
Detroit's experi-mental noise heads, Wolf Eyes, have been flying their freak flag for a few decades now. Here, they will be performing as a duo - Nate Young and John Olson - bringing their special exploration of sound for a Sunday afternoon special. Their newly released double LP by Universal Eyes 'Four Variations On Artificial Society' brings together Wolf Eyes and the Universal Indians project which first emerged in 1993 also featuring Aaron Dilloway and Gretchen Gonzales Davidson. http://www.wolfeyes.net/
Support is from Birmingham's own Wild Rani, Rebecca Mahay, with an audio-visual landscape featuring experimental vocals, sound recordings, percussion, and synth.
Multi-talented Nicholas Bullen opens the afternoon special. One of the founding members of Napalm Death (aged 13), and an eclectic sound and visual artist, we'll have to wait to see what he brings to the table on September 30th. https://nicholasbullen.com/
