MA Fine Art, Mres and Visual Language of Performance

About

The Wimbledon College of Art MA summer show presents the final projects of students graduating from the Fine Art, Visual Language of Performance, and MRes courses. Over the course of an intense, often challenging, and stimulating year (or, in the case of part-time students, two years) students have been encouraged to reconsider and question their practices. Taking over the entire college, the show incorporates painting, drawing, film, sculpture, projection, and performance, as well as work which operates between such categories. The visitor can expect to come away with a sense of the dynamism involved in the year-long run-up to, and realization of, this exhibition: an exhibition which is more than just a ‘final' show. Because those involved are firstly artists, and only secondly students.
