About
Exploring some of the major shifts and changes in society during recent years; the film trilogy examines the walls people build around themselves and in light of the current migrant crisis, he explores the concept of inclusion and exclusion. The first white cube | white wall was created in 2014 to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the last was completed in 2016.
The exhibition also features works from Biermann’s snow+concrete series, merging photography, sculpture and installation to a new hybrid art form.
