Solo Exhibition of Griffin Art prize 2015 Winner Chudamani Clowes
About
‘White City’ opens Thursday, August 27th, with a public procession led by artist Chudmani Clowes from Griffin Gallery to White City and back. All are invited to join Clowes on her journey as she physically travels to the place of inspiration for her exhibition and then returns to the gallery for the Opening Reception. ‘White City’ is the culmination of Clowes’s residency as winner of the Griffin Art Prize, which provided her with studio space and materials to support her practice for the last six months as she created her solo show.
Cocktails will be served and steel drum musicians will perform, with the audience welcome to join the performers.
