Nicolas Burrows and Zeroten

About

The average person spends one third of their lives in the magical world of make believe. Where the imaginary is real and the real is imaginary. 'When My Eyes Are Closed' is an exhibition of recent work by Nicolas Burrows and Zeroten that explores, celebrates and embraces the upside down reality of slumber. Zeroten is the enigmatic pseudonym of an artist obsessed with cults, mysteries, culture and peanut butter. He has recently provided work for Cafe Royal, Faesthetic and turbochainsaw and regularly illustrates for the independent music magazine Bearded. Nicolas Burrows is a freelance illustrator and one quarter of the NOUS VOUS collective. He currently has no fixed abode, likes to draw and paint and has provided work for Howies and YCN among others. Individually both Burrows and Zeroten have been making waves in world of self publishing, 'When My Eyes Are Closed' is their first collaboration and will be a mixed media exploration of the concepts and visual styles that they share . Come and sleep walk into a vivid world of wonderment.
