This is essentially an untutored workshop that aims to utilise the models particular talents and skills in performance. The model (Natasha Lark) is experienced in the areas of dance, drama, contortion and yoga, and Sandy Lark (artist/teacher) will be directing her through a variety of poses that aim to inspire and stimulate exciting and creative responses. The poses will range from dynamic, active and moving poses to dramatic, narrative and sequencial poses, all including a variety of expressive, emotional or composed content.
