Anna Dora presents a collection of 13 large paintings inspired by emotions, passions and energy found in Icelandic nature.

About

Anna Dora paints abstract, passionate paintings influenced by the mysticism of her home country Iceland. She's particularly fascinated with texture and the variations in depth and dimension that allow her paintings to come to life: evolving and reacting to changes in light. She layers oil paint, with Icelandic lava dust to create a hard, rough texture and with salt that flowers into beautiful crystals. All meet in her paintings, creating contrasts of softness and beauty
