"Veiled Marble" multi-model figure drawing (AMC Sundays at LARA)

Art Model Collective's next session at LARA is coming up on September 29th, so please add this date to your diary, because it's going to be exquisite!

This time we are paying tribute to the genius of sculptors like GianLorenzo Bernini, Antonio Corradini, Rafaello Monti and Giovanni Strazza, who truly brought marble to life by carving exquisite sensuality of flesh, and the translucency of veil. 

Imagine drawing two women wrapped in nothing but flowers and wet silk, holding classical poses during an evocative 3 hour session at the atelier's figure study room, designed for just such an occasion, with beautiful lighting and good proximity to the subjects.

Poses will last 10-40min, borrowed from classical sculpture and held by a two-model team, this time featuring a very special guest - body-builder Viktoria Ash, whose classically defined physique will certainly be a treat to draw.
