It is a major solo exhibition of Taus Makhacheva in London. Using video as her primary means of expression Taus returns to the native Dagestan. The dazzling beauty Caucasian mountain scenery becomes a projection surface for a story about the clan society’s traditions, Russian and Soviet colonialism and the human relationship to nature.
