PUSHKIN CLUB PROGRAMME Language: In Russian with English translation Translated and introduced by Richard McKane additional translations by Belinda Cooke. Ilia Bokstein spent time in the camps in the 60s for his reading poems by the Mayakovsky statue in Moscow. He subsequently emigrated to Israel where he died in 2002. Roald Mandelstam b. 1932 lived in St Petersburg and died aged 28. One of the first poets of the Leningrad Underground, attached to that city's artists, he did not publish a single poem in his lifetime. Recently published by Limbakh.
