AboutThe processual and the ephemeral are characteristic features of drawing and dancing. At the center of this performance, presented in the Haus am Lützowplatz in Berlin, choreography and drawing are closely linked. Compositions are used equally to notations of motion as well as drawings in space. Three artistic positions collaborate with choreographers and dancers and also with musicians as an extension of the current drawing and choreographic tendencies. Each artistic position pursues a different focus in the investigation, so that the range of the three formats provides an overview of current graphical-performative strategies.
In addition, Trajectories: New Drawing Embodiments, through his scientific and theoretical research on the subject of the various performative practices of contemporary drawing in the context of international exhibitions, thus following a historically virulent art-historical discourse. Invited to a conversation are the theater scientist Dr. Maren Butte, the phenomenon of the ephemeral in artistic processes together with Jan-Philipp Frühsorge by the moderation of Dr. Francesca Raimondi.
