We are thrilled to present Peter Layton's newest solo exhibition, Time Traveller, both in our Bermondsey Street gallery and online.
About
The title of this exhibition refers to Peter Layton’s attempt to span the years by revisiting some of his favourite series, in order to make entirely new versions of them.
Some series were inspired by his travels to different parts of the world over the decades. Travel to places such as Japan, Petra, Marrakesh and the Jurassic coast have provided sparks of inspiration leading to bursts of creativity.
Expect to see these in surprising styles and new shapes, and colours. In this exhibition, Peter has included some of the pieces which were created during his development phase. These are stunning and in all cases they are priced lower than the resolved final works.
Whether you are a longtime fan or new to Peter’s work, this is a show not to be missed.
