The Welsh Group celebrates its seventieth anniversary with a book by David Moore and a series of shows throughout Wales.

About

The Welsh Group has provided a community for contemporary artists in Wales since 1948. The 35 members will be showing a variety of new works. Our long-standing member Islwyn Watkins died in December. His assemblages, celebrating the influence of the German refugee Kurt Schwitters, will be on show.
