'The Prologue' is RAN's community-focused launch night, a showcase of performance, spoken word, soundscapes and visuals from a roster of artists and creatives.

About

The RAN Collective is a new audio-visual platform, creating pop-up multidisciplinary spaces for artists and creative makers to respond to and interpret themes. Designed to take various shapes and forms, RAN represents its founders who come from a range of backgrounds – art, radio, photography, and both the written and spoken word.

RAN will launch on Saturday 17th September, 19:30, at Artefact, Stirchley. Expect exciting visuals, soundscapes, and performances responding or relating to the theme 'Prologue'. We welcome you to join us, whether in person (tickets are Pay As You Feel OTD) or otherwise.

Featuring performances from Birmingham-based Spoken Word Artist Diary of a Poet, and Lao-British Drummer & Composer Kai Chareunsy, RAN's Launch Night will be a showcase of the various artforms we aim to keep bringing together in our pop-up spaces; a preface of what's to come.
