KARA AGORA Art Research Center invites participants to join exhibitions, artist residencies and workshops to celebrate imaginative futures of Europe on Mozilla Hubs.
The virtual art festival is inviting European citizens to become active participants in imagining a transnational community in the virtual 3D space on Mozilla Hubs on 16 September 2020 until the end of November 2020.
The online art programme offers a space where solidarity can be experienced beyond closed borders. Together, the aim to address and raise social, personal, ecological, and political questions concerning Europe, its regions, and its inhabitants.
KARA AGORA is a participatory online art and research center of United Futures, organized by six European curators Tina Sauerlaender from Germany, Julia Hartmann from Austria, Ágnes-Karolina Bakk from Hungary, Gleb Divov from the independent Republic of Užupis (Vilnius, Lithuania), Nikita Khudiakov from Ukraine and Mara-Johanna Kolmel based in the UK, funded by the European Cultural Foundation.
