About
This year's Gingerbread City at Somerset House is shaping up to be the best one yet. To get involved, please go to the 'buy a plot page' to get started. Plots are available to architects, engineers, landscape architects and others working in the built environment.
The Museum of Architecture's Gingerbread City is an annual exhibition where architects, designers and engineers create an entire city made of gingerbread. The aim of the exhibition is to connect the public with architecture through an innovative display designed for the holiday season. The exhibition raises money to support the Museum of Architecture as a charity and helps to create programming, exhibitions and events.
This year's event will also raise funds towards the Museum of Architecture's Grant Giving Fund which will be launched in Spring 2020 to support architectural entrepreneurship and public engagement.
MoA's Gingerbread City is masterplanned and sponsored by Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design
