The Fitzrovia Photography Prize: Within a Mile

Fitzrovia has a long history of being a bohemian area, attracting artists & artisans such as Walter Sickert, Dylan Thomas and Nina Hamnett. Today, this tradition prevails as the area boasts many galleries and a vibrant community, housing nationalities from all over the globe. This exhibition of street photography is a celebration of this cultural wealth. The rules of the competition were simple: each entrant could submit up to three images taken within a one mile radius of the premises of Diemar/Noble Photography, London. The entries came pouring in from photographers based locally, elsewhere within the UK and far beyond - including Europe, Canada & the USA. The 53 finalists are to be exhibited at Diemar/Noble Photography following the Prizegiving and Private View on Wed 20 July
