About
Remote Viewer is an iconic video work by this internationally acclaimed artist, in which a journey, by Gussin, through a far-off landscape is paralleled by the efforts of a 'remote viewer' to locate him. Looking back, from a distance of more than ten years since the piece was first made, Gussin talks about it, and its connections with his wider practice, in conversation with Ikon Director Jonathan Watkins. This event is in association with Ikon, and is part of Film and Video Umbrella's '25 Frames'.
Remote Viewer was a Film and Video Umbrella Touring Exhibition commissioned in association with Ikon Gallery. Supported by the National Touring Programme of the Arts Council of England and The Henry Moore Foundation.
