About
One of our most awaited exhibitions. The landscapes and still life pictures by Sue Campion RBA are all pastels but they are very different in colour, tone and texture than the medium suggests. These pictures are rich and earthy, strong in both colour and composition. Shropshire hills in Summer and Winter, Spanish olive groves and pots of flowers, are confident, solid pieces of work.
Also exhibiting: Sue Brown collagraph prints, Akiko Hirai and Morag MacInnes ceramics, Celia Smith wire birds.
