About

SUBJECT | MATTER will showcase a wealth of emerging and innovative sculptural talent from an international selection of up-and-coming artists including Thomas Adank, James Balmforth, Claire Barclay, Asif Khan, Juliana Cerqueira Leite, Mike Ricketts, Sarah Staton and Marianne Vitale. The sculptures featured in SUBJECT | MATTER present a sampling of some of the current trends in contemporary sculpture and also gives an indication of some of the artists the Foundation intends to work with in the future to develop monumental commissions. SUBJECT | MATTER is the first in a series of exhibitions to be held in the Foundation Centre. Future exhibitions will include group shows surveying trends in contemporary sculpture and solo exhibitions presenting a sampling of recent works by individual artists.
