Save Event: Studies For Self knowledge

I've seen this

People who have saved this event:

An experimental workshop where we will explore feelings, emotions and memories through different sensorial activities, movement, sound and writing from an intuitive point of view.

In this workshop we will work with movement exploration, sound and vibrations as tools for meditation and inner discovery. Without any external authority telling us how to move or what to do, each of us will try to find our own way to manifest feelings, emotions and memories. Using our bodies as the main tool we will work from the inside to the outside, trying to recognise how we perceive our physical, mental and spiritual body and how we inhabit it.

Please prepare yourself for the workshop by eating nourishing food and, if possible, drinking only water for at least two days beforehand.

Bring a stone that can fit in the palm of your hand, a notepad and pen or pencil.

Bring a blanket, a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one. Please wear comfy clothes.

It will last three hours with a ten minute break. Healthy snacks will be provided.
Come along and bring friends :)

This is the second workshop on Studies for Self Knowledge, based on my ongoing research into spiritual growth and alternative healing practices. It is facilitated from an intuitive perspective and it’s open to anyone who is willing to explore some of these concepts no matter what their skills, background or experience are.

All welcome!
