The second part of the Restless Image project, titled The Limits of Motion was developed by audiovisual archivist Matěj Strnad together with curator Anna Remešová.

About

The exhibition explores the politics of presentation and the archiving of moving image within the context of a small non-profit gallery. As a part of the project, a multimedia library will be created in order to grant people access to videos that have been presented in the gallery since 2017. This seemingly simple task embodies many problems of a practical, legal and economic nature, which will be outlined in several talks to be given alongside the project.
