“remnants of light” is a solo exhibition by Rebecca Cairns, analogue photographer from Toronto, Canada, currently based in London.
About
In her photography, Rebecca uses self-portraiture to create conceptual and introspective work. Her images of nature, both as a subject and a setting, capture brief and often surreal moments. Rebecca began taking photographs with a digital camera, but was drawn to film photography because of the sometimes unpredictable nature of the process, where slight changes can lead to unexpected results adding further layers to her work.
You can find Rebecca’s work on her page: rebeccacairns.com and more info about the show on facebook: the kickplate project.
