Reconnect Exhibition is a cross-institutional organisation with UCL, The Slade School of Fine Art, The Courtauldian and Goldsmiths. Exhibiting the talents and artistic output of 37 London based emerging artists and their reflections on the theme ‘Reconnect’.
About
The collection of works demonstrate the ways in which the emerging generation of artists have been affected by the long-lasting period in disconnecting with the urban fabric around them, their emotice or sensuous forces, nature, or even their own heritage. Consisting of works that signify the vigorous expressice force in the artists, the collection of the exhibition invites the audienxe to enter an actice dialogue that raises questions or solves issues while introducing new dialogues between personal and public or nature and urban. The exhibition will take the audience through a journey that begins by inviting visitors to indulge and experience the personal connections the artists expose and ends by stimulating an individual connection with something they have been disconnected during such alienated times.
