About
In conjunction with Astronomy Month at the Westminster Reference Library this exhibition demonstrates what can be achieved by amateurs today, often with little more than a good DSLR camera and standard camera lens or small telescope.
Digital technology has made the heavens accessible to everyone with the result that anyone with relatively modest equipment can now record images that rival or even surpass those of the professional astronomers using the world’s largest telescopes of barely 20 years ago.
