About
With 2016 seeing the 40th anniversary of punk rock, published music photographer Simon Balaam set out to document the artists who are still entertaining crowds after all (or most) of those 40 years.
"I wanted to document punk now. I wanted to shoot the people who have entertained us for so long and have stood the test of time. I wanted to show that what started 40 years ago is still very much alive and well. I wanted to create a record of a specific time."
