Nature and Gardens has become the focus as weather improves, and postcard gardens looks at a selection of the postcards that take gardens as their inspiration.

About

postcardwall began from a collection of postcards, started in order to remember art from exhibitions and galleries across the world. As the collection mounted, the postcards became a display of both contemporary and historical art in a wonderful wallpaper of visual memory and in 2009 Sophie began a blog to remember each one.

To mark having reached 365 postcards, Sophie Hill has declared 2015 The Year of The Postcard and is exhibiting the postcards and text in a number of galleries.

Nature and Gardens has become the focus as weather improves, and postcard gardenslooks at a selection of the postcards that take gardens as their inspiration.

Showing on The London Arts Board and also at Oxford House as part of the Chelsea Fringe, postcard gardens is a lesson in Art History, Art Theory and Art Criticism, starting with works from the 16th century, as well as an introducing us to some of the best new and emerging artists working today.
