Continuing an exciting programme of edgy solo selling shows, Duckett and Jeffreys Gallery are pleased to present ‘Personal Landscapes'. 1st December 2010 - 8th January 2011. Recent paintings and prints in which York based artist, Pamela Knight expresses her ongoing relationship with the Yorkshire Wolds landscape Pamela seeks to evoke the mood of the landscape - the fall of light on form and the patterns created, lending ambiguity and mystery to the subject. Her personal statements, like the landscape they are depicting, are both solid and tranquil. A launch party for the exhibition will be held on Thurs 2nd Dec 7-9pm - when Pamela will be available to talk about her work - all welcome.
