The latest colourful collection is a feast for the eyes. Endlessly inspired by decorative interiors and exotic locations, Brazilian-born artist Stephanie Wilkinson enjoys developing new techniques to create stunning new pieces, from handpainted prints to large acrylics such as 'Lunch at Villa' and 'The Balcony View'. Ceramicist Carmela is influenced by her upbringing in a small rural village in southern Italy with a strong tradiiton in craft. Her wheel-thrown ceramics are designed to be soothing to the touch and pleasing to the eye. Dramatic contrast is provided by the range of raku vessels, where subtle patterns created by smoke and fire sit alongside bursts of colour, glistening with metallic lustre.
