Non Stop Ecstatic Eston is an exhibition by Industrial Coast which features cover art from past Industrial Coast label releases, with work from the likes of Tim Gick (Crazy Doberman), Scott King (Sleazenation) & Dylan Walker (Full of Hell) alongside imagery of the North Eastern industrial coast.
About
Eston Arts Centre is pleased to announce the opening of our next exhibition, Non Stop Ecstatic Eston: An Industrial Coast Exhibition which opens on 6 July from 6 - 10pm, and continues until July 30th.
Industrial Coast is a Thirsk based independent cassette label & distro with a focus on experimental sound. It is operated by Steve Kirby, who was born in Stockton and was brought up in and around the East Durham Coalfields.
The exhibition will feature cover art from past Industrial Coast label releases, with work from the likes of Tim Gick (Crazy Doberman), Scott King (Sleazenation) & Dylan Walker (Full of Hell) alongside imagery of the North Eastern industrial coast.
The opening night of the exhibition will include live performances by:
Secret Boyfriend (US)
Permanent (US)
Knifedoutofexistence (UK)
The exhibition will also include further live Saturday matinees, including one from Leeds’ Territorial Gobbing, & The Miillion (Barnsley)
The exhibition design & layout support/inspiration is via elsieandjackandphil, Seaton Carew.
Exhibition continues until July 30th.
