Celebrating the 20th anniversary of Nottingham-based dance company, Manushi, this exhibition explores the history of the organisation and presents images of some of their most memorable performances.
About
Having worked with Manushi for a number of years, NAE is pleased to showcase their work, which has inspired a passion for South Asian dance. The exhibition launch begins a year of celebrations, with an evening of celebration packed with live performances. Co-founder Vina Ladwa will present the best of Manushi, past and present, in addition to live music from Midlands-based band, Muha. Look out for more Manushi 20 celebrations across the city this year.
