As part of the City of LA’s Department of Cultural Affairs current exhibition, Loitering is delightful, we invite you and your family to delight in a family day at Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery (LAMAG) on Saturday, December 7.
About
At noon, join exhibition artist Megan Whitmarsh to create an original artwork inspired by nature and make dream haikus. Exhibition artist Lani Trock will be offering gleaned produce and edible seedlings beginning at 1 PM. Following this, make ikebana flower arrangements with Felisa Funes from Of The Flowers at 1:30 PM.
Loitering is delightful is an exhibition that brings together ten Los Angeles artists to explore the joyful possibilities of slowing down. With new work by Milano Chow, Lauren Davis Fisher, Ishi Glinsky, David Horvitz, Dylan Mira, Joshua Ross, Asha Schechter, Cauleen Smith, Lani Trock, and Megan Whitmarsh, Loitering is delightful is on view through January 12, 2020.
The gallery is open Thursday to Sunday from 11 to 4 PM.
