Writer, sound artist and educator Belinda Zhawi leads a creative writing workshop for people interested in mining memories and family histories to make sense of the present, excavating the past to imagine possible futures.

About

Inspired by Kudzanai-Violet Hwami’s exhibition at Gasworks, (15,952km) via Trans-Sahara Hwy N1, workshop participants will be encouraged to respond to personal photographs and sound in order to explore those intangible parts of our lives that live on through us.
