The LifeDraw Inn offers life-drawing sessions in a relaxed, friendly, supportive environment. Whether it's your first time picking up a pencil to draw, you're studying or you have many years' experience, we welcome all to draw and paint.
About
Life drawing is every Monday evening and Wednesday afternoon at Exeter Street Hall, Brighton. Come as often as you like. Membership, drop-in and concessions available.
The main idea behind The LifeDraw Inn is to give you somewhere to draw or paint a life model. Our experienced female and male life models do short and long poses, and some sessions are themed, where we experiment with a variety of materials, from charcoal to paint, and different ideas, such as colour and form.
It is informal, gentle, and not a teaching environment, but more of a guiding hand, with advice if desired. It doesn't matter if you have drawing or painting experience, we can help you along the way; while seasoned artists can enjoy a change of scenery and inspiration. It's just really good creative, productive fun.
Our other session is every Wednesday afternoon 1-3pm.
