One More is a dotted affair, dots on the wall, dots on the floor, dots on clothing, dots everywhere. The dots are arranged on A4 and A3 paper and the paper in turn is lined up with the lines of the space, the door frames, windows, corners, strictly and angular. It is the dots that break those lines, flow across the corners and punctuate the room in a flurry of colours. Not one dot, not two dots, one more and one more and one more.
ONE MORE is a collaboration between the visual artist Leonie Brandner and the identical twin dancers Berit Einemo Frøysland and Anna Einemo Frøysland.
Leonie Brandner is interested in the space between standstill and motion, the subtle interaction between two entities. It is the tipping of one into another, the area where two systems overlap, inflict on one another, determine each other and by doing so give each other reason to be where they are, that lies at the core of her work.
She works with immersive installations, employing sound, video and sculpture, collage as well as performance and photography.
After finishing her Fine Art Degree at the Chelsea College in London, the Swiss artist now lives and works in Berlin.
